At the first event “Bio electrical impedance analysis” (BIA measurement) the employees were informed about the distribution of fat, muscles, and water in their bodies. By means of a special scale, the BIA measurement was carried out by a sports scientist.

The second event was an individual nutrition counselling. Together with an expert, our employees were able to take a look at their daily diet and possibly discover the trip hazards in their eating habits.
