For Mr. Tsuda environment and energy and the further development of robots to assist humans will play an essential role in the development activities. The core technologies of the YASKAWA Group shall increasingly contribute to solve global environmental problems. He also stressed that a global enterprise must adapt to local requirements, and that a corresponding added value, and the establishment of technology know-how on site in the regions is inevitable. He expects that the YASKAWA Group will achieve continuous growth worldwide in the coming years too.

During the discussion with the VIPA management Mr. Tsuda and his YASKAWA colleagues were able to answer many questions concerning the future of VIPA. He again pointed out the significance of VIPA as the new competence center “Control” and emphatically praised the good working atmosphere and the very high level of competence, which he found here: “…now, I know why my European colleagues argued so vehemently for a stake in VIPA…” he remarked, convinced. The visit was successfully completed with the request to maintain this positive working atmosphere and to participate actively in the continuing formation of the company's global network.
