YASKAWA trainees visited VIPA

Trainee exchange YASKAWA Allershausen - VIPA continues.

In April 2017, the VIPA trainees and their supervisors visited their colleagues at YASKAWA in Allershausen. Last week the return visit took place in Herzogenaurach.

Two instructors from the Robotics Division in Allershausen travelled to VIPA together with two new trainees who started their first year of apprenticeship on September 1, 2017. The two new colleagues were able to immerse in the control world of VIPA and establish their first connections to the robotics products of their division.

The day was jointly organized and planned by the trainees. The program consisted of a company tour, getting to know each other and a lot of practical exchanges. In VIPA's production/testing department, the YASKAWA trainees assembled and soldered a printed circuit board and built a functional miniature traffic light system. In addition, the VIPA trainees presented some of their projects to their guests in order to give them a better insight into their training occupations.

We are pleased that the first contact has now been established and we plan to intensify the cooperation in the field of training in 2018.
